Work closely with furniture vendors and appointed suppliers, complete weekly inspection and assist suppliers to improve quality issues to ensure quality meets the company standards and requirements.

• Responsible for hardware/panel or other raw material sampling and submit for testing and result tacking.
• Responsible for quality check of new item and in initial production.
• Participate in the regular Supplier Manufacturing Process Audit, it includes incoming material inspection, machine maintenance, status of workers’ compliance with SOP, quality control from production to delivery, shipping label, etc. To make sure the production quality of supplier is well managed, and operation is efficient.
• Monitor raw material physical properties checking in supplier and vendor product inspection.
• Participate in the tracking process of quality problems.
• Monitor furniture vendors’ incoming inspection record of raw material.
• Assist in supervising furniture vendor’s use of raw material suppliers and help collect order information, delivery and receipt notes, invoice and other related information from furniture vendors and suppliers for verification.
• Proactively report abnormal situations and importance affairs to superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Fluent in English. Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance of raw material, such as hardware/panel/packing material, related experience in furniture field is preferred.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
