QC ENGINEER:
- Manage and arrange for quality team at production floor.
- Directly managing the Product Quality Assurance within the scope of the factory in charge.
- Ensure no errors in compliance with the quality system in production.
- Provide a way to handle quality problems in production.
- Planning for effective and efficient control in the Quality System.
- Ensure all products are met according to set standards and regulations
- Production Process Control
- Monitor product specifications and quality on the production line.
- Check and supervise the production process at each processes of the operators.
- Root cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement ( 5M, 1E, 5 whys, 8D report)
- Guide and train quality inspection to new operators.
- Coordinate with related departments to improve products and production process systems, control product quality.
- Prepare quality reports according to factory regulations
- Ensure proper record and keeping documents.
- Work report daily/weekly to direct manager.

- Graduated from College/University or higher
- From 3 to 5 years
- Quality control process of Paper printing packaging solutions
