- Knowledge of quality systems ISO 9001:2015.
- Audit Incoming Inspection activities. Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to the meet standards.
- Perform to audit line start up condition before running.
- Perform to audit first article inspection report and review on physical product.
- Initiate timely CAPA, Non-Conforming materials, products, and reports on time.
- Perform defect analysis reporting.
- Perform line and product audits.
- Experience in working with inspection equipment, such as mechanical measuring devices.
- Technical skills in one of the followings:
+ Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
+ Cables & wired interconnect assemblies
+ Molded Plastic Parts
+ Gluing, Mating, and Fastening Processes for Enclosures
+ Displays
+ Power Supplies
+ Mechanical fastener & chassis components
+ Electromechanical connectors & fasteners
- Hands on experience in performing assessment of production processes to determine compliance with requirements/specifications, documentation, and reporting.
- Travel to supplier locations to conduct audits and inspections.
- Disciplined, self-directed, task-oriented.
- Perform other assignments as requested.
