· Develop and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in MES/ EIMS/ SAP.

· Commit on deliver date based on material status and manufacturing lead time.

· Analyze next 3~6 months MPS to ensure plant install capacity able to meet loading fluctuation requirement.

· Work closely with the Buyer team to update the materials delivery schedule.

· Manage and release materials shipment requests to logistic team.

· Controlling the work order completion days with good materials readiness control and Work order QTY.

· Ensure real-time production scheduling based on customer demand and order backlog.

· Optimize material allocation and flow to production lines to prevent bottlenecks.

· Work closely with Warehouse to ensure on-time material issuance to production.

· May perform any other assigned tasks as necessary.

· Monitor inventory levels, reduce material excess, and minimize shortages through accurate demand forecasting.

· Utilize MES & ERP data to ensure accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) and material traceability.

· Manage safety stock levels to ensure production continuity without excessive holding costs.

· Implement JIT (Just-in-Time) material flow to reduce WIP (Work-In-Process) inventory.

· Define and track OTD (On-Time Delivery), inventory turnover, and production efficiency KPIs.

· Conduct root cause analysis on production delays and material shortages.

· Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance planning and material control accuracy.

· Report daily, weekly, and monthly production & inventory performance

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, or related fields.

·       5+ years experience in production planning & material control, preferably in PCBA or electronics manufacturing.

·       Strong expertise in SAP/ EIMS and Knowledge of MES and demand forecasting.

·       Knowledge of ISO 9001

·       Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·       Analytical skills in demand forecasting and production planning.

·       Ability to solve problems and implement efficiency improvements.

·       Proficiency in English or Chinese.
