Fine- tune and serve LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Phi) using frameworks such as vLLM, Unsloth, SGLang.
Design scalable AI systems that can support multiple users concurrently, ensuring high availability, low latency, and role- based access control.
Research and experiment with open- source AI models and frameworks, evaluate new LLM APIs, and explore emerging paradigms such as agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Analyze and understand end- user requirements to design and implement NLP/LLM solutions (e.g., agentic AI, retrieval- augmented generation, QA systems, information extraction pipelines).
Evaluate, train, and benchmark custom models using HuggingFace datasets, tools, and libraries.
Develop and optimize data pipelines, training, and inference systems for NLP applications..
Collect, synthesize, and curate high- quality datasets from multiple sources, including generation from LLMs.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to deploy models into production and monitor performance metrics.

Databases: MongoDB, Solr, Elasticsearch
Serving large language models GPT, Llama, Mistral, Phi, Qwen with vLLM, Unsloth, SGLang
Have 1 year of experience as AI Engineer
Continual pre- training, finetuning large language models with LoRa, SFT, DPO, ORPO
Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker.
Has expertise in collecting data from websites and generating data from LLMs to build highly quality training datasets
Proficient in FAST API.
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
Has expertise in doing survey Hugging Face datasets and models, training NLP models.
Processing models through backend: ONNX, TritonServer
Proficient in high- level programming languages, especially Python.
