Job Description:

We are looking for a results-oriented Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse industries such as E-commerce, Beauty, FMCG, and Real Estate, and contribute directly to our clients’ growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the planning team to execute media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Criteo.

● Assist in full-funnel campaign planning, from interpreting client briefs to launching and managing campaigns.

● Support the implementation and maintenance of tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, GA4) to ensure accurate conversion and performance tracking.

● Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs including ROAS, CAC, and CPL.

● Generate regular performance reports and insights using tools like Google Data Studio or Excel dashboards.

● Stay updated with digital media trends and platform updates to proactively suggest improvements.

● Coordinate with the creative and account teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaign launches.

Job requirements

Requirements:

● 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media execution, preferably at an agency or brand.

● Hands-on experience running campaigns on at least two major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

● Basic understanding of digital metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, CLV) and performance reporting.

● Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, GTM) is a plus.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

● Exposure to e-commerce performance campaigns.

● Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.

● Experience working with reporting tools like Google Data Studio or Looker Studio.
