We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our team and work directly with the General Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and administrative tasks. Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our team and work directly with the General Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and administrative tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in invoice management, document preparation, and financial data entry, providing a solid foundation for those aiming to grow in the accounting and finance field.
Job Description:
- Support GA in organizing invoices and payment documents.
- Enter invoices and financial records into the accounting software.
- Assist Sales with document preparation and sales contract drafting (if applicable).
- Handle document delivery and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned under the guidance of GA.
- Final-year Accounting student with a solid foundation and career growth mindset.
- Committed to understanding accounting duties and challenges.
- Available full-time or minimum three full working days per week.
- Proactive, independent, optimistic, open-minded.
- Detail-oriented with logical thinking.
- Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- You will join a young and dynamic team with flexible working environment.
