1. Accounting:

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, tax reports and other analysis reports as required.

- Manage AR, AP, ensure to collect AR, make payment on time.

- Prepare cash flow forecast for finance controlling. Monitor cash requirement. Prepare budgeting and planning periodically.

- Ensure all revenue/sales and expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner and explainable.

- Review general ledgers, P&L, BS. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and comply with Vietnam regulations.

- Review all accounting procedures to improve internal control. Be required to recognize risks of data and report to BOD for solution.

- Work with the auditor for annual financial reports.

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

2. Tax:

- Double check monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT)

- Check the validation of all tax invoices.

- Be able to deal with Tax officers if there are any Tax issues.

Key Qualifications

- At least 3 years experience in relevant positions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountant / Finance is required.

- Experience working with ERP Software is an advantage.

- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to analyze, make decisions and solve problems, attention to detail.

- God planning and organization skills.

- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
