We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team at OnePAY. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing software and payment-related projects from initiation through successful delivery. You will collaborate with clients, internal tech teams, and external partners to ensure project goals are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.

·        Lead project planning sessions; gather and confirm requirements with clients and stakeholders

·        Create project proposals, schedules, and supporting documentation

·        Manage multiple concurrent projects in software or payment domains

·        Coordinate efforts between clients, development teams, QA/QC, and third-party vendors

·        Monitor project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and issues

·        Host regular internal and client meetings to track project progress

·        Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management

·        Evaluate team performance, promote collaboration, and ensure delivery goals are met

·        Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or payment systems

·        Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

·        Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities

·        Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools, Jira (or similar project/task management tools).

·        Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
