Job Description
Job Description:
- Collect, control, and organize invoices and payment documents from related departments promptly and comprehensively.
- Input invoices, financial documents, and bank transactions into accounting software.
- Assist GA in calculating VAT and FCT (under guidance).
- Assist Sales Admin in drafting documents and sales contracts (if applicable).
- Perform other accounting tasks as needed.
- Responsible for handling document delivery; sending letters on time and contacting recipients to avoid loss.
- Manage team supplies to avoid shortages when necessary.
- Coordinate with banks or relevant entities in case of any issues.
- Final year student majoring in Accounting or Auditing.
- Able to commit to full-time or a minimum of 3 days per week for the internship.
- Have a clear career direction and commitment to a long-term engagement with the job.
- Committed to understanding the scope and responsibilities of accounting tasks.
- Proactive, optimistic, open-minded, and independent.
- Detail-oriented, logical.
- Team spirit and willingness to share.
