Key Accountabilities
- Design artworks for online marketing activities for social platforms, website, email,… POSM for events, seminars,… and other internal activities.
- Manage and operate cameras to record video, footage… for content creating activities.
- Understand the video production process with appropriate formats
- Produce and edit videos, footages and deliver completed products.
- Adapt available audio-visual materials into appropriate standards for social media platforms nowadays.
- Comprehend brand guideline, create, and develop creatives to ensure all IDP visual items stick strictly with brand image.
- Have knowledge about digital marketing.
- Generate diverse and creative visual direction templates/layouts.
- Keeping up with trends, ensuring products are always innovative.
- Coordinate regularly with team members to produce and build high-quality and effective content.
- Perform other job requirements as assigned by manager.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Design (multimedia/graphics), prefer industries of luxury Auto, Fashion, or Cosmetics businesses
- Portfolio of products including graphics and videos in line with job requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe tools for creating image and video: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effect, Audition
- Degree in multimedia area, graphic design or experience in similar fields.
- Capable of filming and taking pictures at a basic level.
- Ability to work in an organized manner and on time.
- Embrace the concepts of brand development and multimedia marketing.
- Good understanding of aesthetics, layout and detail.
- Ability to work in a team, coordinate with team members, work under pressure.

Công ty Cổ phần Bigstar Việt Nam tiền thân là công ty TNHH D&C, thành lập vào năm 2005 tại Hà Nội. Đầu những năm 2007, D&C hoạt động mạnh mẽ trong lĩnh vực quảng cáo truyền thông & thiết kế kiến trúc, đạt được nhiều thành tựu lớn. Đến năm 2011, D&C đầu tư thêm vào lĩnh vực F&B với thương hiệu Bánh tráng Phú Cường và Bò tơ Củ Chi được nhiều khách hàng yêu thích.
Tháng 11 năm 2015 công ty TNHH D&C chính thức chuyển đổi từ mô hình công ty Trách nhiệm hữu hạn sang mô hình Công ty cổ phần với tên gọi mới là Công ty cổ phần Bigstar Việt Nam.
Năm 2017, Bigstar Việt Nam tiến hành xây dựng nhà máy chế biến thực phẩm riêng rộng trên 5 nghìn m2 tại Yên Sở - Hoài Đức - Hà Nội. Nhà máy chế biến thực phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn ISO 22000-2018. Đây là hệ thống quản lý an toàn thực phẩm do tổ chức an toàn hóa quốc tế ISO ban hành tháng 9/2005.
Năm 2023, Bigstar Việt Nam tiếp tục đầu tư vào 2 lĩnh vực mới đó là Tổ chức tiệc lưu động PhuCuongParty
