Mô tả công việc
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain system or applications.
• Translating user stories into working solutions.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns like Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Develop and implement architecture and design for different bespoke software in each functional domain.
• Organize and monitor software development lifecycles such as approving documents and managing work, evaluate, and select software solutions, programming tools.
• The TA/TL will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, conceptual design, project estimation, detailed design, software construction and deployment.
• Also facilitate and lead the core development process as well as ensure proper interaction with existing or new technology.
• Understanding and applying software architecture and application security.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Cooperate with stakeholders or project team to build software development plans.
• Technical support, solving problems, hands-on experience
• Research new software engineering technical and apply them to the projects.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Have at least 5 exp-years as Technical Lead/Technical Architect.
• Proven experience in end-to-end architectural design and implementation for systems at least.
• Proven experience in backend development with a focus on server-side programming languages.
• Good knowledge of design pattern & OOP concept.
• Proficiency in database design, optimization, and management.
• Good knowledge of architecture standards and solutions for base technology platform, including reference architectures, integration models/architectures (Clean Architecture, Micro-services, DDD...).
• Good experience of working at least one cloud platform (Azure or AWS or GCP or K8S).
• Experience in designing different types of APIs and articulating their value proposition.
• System design, Document skill, System analysis, System integration.
• Experience in guiding proposals/bids for technical solutions, estimates and resource plans.
• Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze / study new technical, new frameworks.
• Good attitude, problem solving and communication skills.
