Report to: Giám đốc Dịch vụ Công nghệ thông tin.
- To assist Infra Manager in managing the Company’s IT infrastructures and its operations to ensure the entire company’s IT environment and business applications can always function properly and securely.
- Deliver a high quality of services to enhance the function of infrastructures, operation and meet internal customer’s expectations.
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks;
- Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP;
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
- Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security;
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting;
- Arranging scheduled upgrades;
- Investigating faults in the network;
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.

- University Degree majored in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience such as CCNA, CCNP.
- Minimum 03 years working experience in IT infrastructures, operations, or technical support environment.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and DNS.
- Having knowledge of design patterns, system architecture, and best practices.
- Practical experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes Implementation.
- Having knowledge of Window/UNIX/Linux operating system including troubleshooting and system hardening.
- Loves to automate things.
- An ability to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels including communicating complex technical issues.
- Medium English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
- Organized, deadline management in fast-paced working environment.
- Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
