We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Funds Transfer based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. In this role, you’re expected to:

Responsible for the timely and accurate production of all Funds Transfer (FT) domestic products and services for all existing and developmental clients
To optimize utilization of resources and systems. To be a user of Fund Transfer products processors and to act as the initial point of contact with system technicians/ supporters for any system problems and enhancements To ensure timely and orderly delivery of incoming and outgoing remittances. To follow up with investigation cases/pending transactions and avoid any unnecessary delay in processing such pending items
To vet supporting documents of payment instructions to ensure a full compliance with established law, policies, regulations and procedures, State Bank of Vietnam and Vietnam Government. To file supporting documents properly (both soft copy and hard copy).
To ensure that all internal and external regulations are complied with and that all credit risks assumed are properly authorized.
To ensure that all transactions are processed accurately within agreed TAT
To strictly comply with internal policies/local regulations on FX Control/AML/Sanctions.
To verify customer signature against authorized signatories, to call back and to obtain confirmation from customers of payment instructions if required
To ensure the bank tariffs applied for payment instructions are accurate
To prepare daily reports and monthly operations reports as required by Team Leader.
To conduct EOD reconciliation to make sure all payment instructions received before cut-off time are processed same day. To report immediately to unit head if there is any missing items or processing failure for investigation and solution.
To take responsibility of pending documents by keep those documents/payment instructions in control, properly log pending documents, follow up with stakeholders to obtain the documents by deadline.
To continuously review processes to enhance internal procedures/ work flow.
To back up for other in Processing Teams in the unit as and when required.
To perform UAT testing, COB testing
To perform others tasks as assigned by and under supervising of team head/Unit Head from time to time.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

University graduate with min 03 years of working experience in banking operations.
Past experience of handling high volumes in a high-pressure environment.
Cross cultural experience.
Strong influencing capability.
Strong analytical skills in addition to strategic and lateral thought processes.
Process improvement focus.
Sound knowledge of local regulatory framework.
Previous relevant experience preferred
Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective communication and analytical skills

Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán KIS Việt Nam (KIS Việt Nam) được thành lập vào tháng 12/2010 bởi Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Chứng khoán Hàn Quốc (Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd, KIS Hàn Quốc) đầu tư cùng Tập đoàn dệt may Việt Nam và các cổ đông khác. KIS Hàn Quốc chiếm tỷ lệ vốn góp 48.8% tại KIS Việt Nam vào tháng 11 năm 2010 và thực hiện nâng cao tỷ lệ sở hữu dần qua các năm với mức sở hữu chính thức hiện nay là 99.8%. Trải qua 10 năm hoạt động tại thị trường Việt Nam, KIS Việt Nam cũng đã thực hiện tăng vốn liên tục để mở rộng hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty với tổng vốn điều lệ lên đến 3,761 tỷ đồng và sẽ còn nâng cao trong tương lai.

KIS Việt Nam được hỗ trợ mạnh mẽ từ Tập đoàn KIS tại Hàn Quốc với kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính và sự kết hợp của các chuyên gia từ nước ngoài với đội ngũ nhân viên xuất sắc, nhiều năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng, kiểm toán và thị trường vốn trong nước. Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 2010, KIS Hàn Quốc đã mua lại cổ phần của Công ty CP Chứng khoán Gia Quyền (EPS)
Năm 2011, Công ty CP Chứng khoán Gia Quyền (EPS) chính thức đổi tên thành Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán KIS Việt Nam (KIS Việt Nam). Đổi tên Chi Nhánh Hà Nội (Cầu Giấy)- Ctcp Chứng khoán Gia Quyền (EPS) thành Chi Nhánh Hà Nội (Cầu Giấy) – Ctcp Chứng khoán KIS Việt Nam (EPS)
Năm 2015, Thành lập Phòng giao dịch Bà Triệu, Hà Nội. Thành lập Phòng giao dịch Nguyễn Tri Phương, TP. Hồ Chí Minh. KIS Việt Nam tăng vốn điều lệ từ 264 tỷ đồng lên 1.113 tỷ đồng.
Năm 2016, Thành lập Phòng giao dịch Láng Hạ, Hà Nội. Thành lập Phòng giao dịch Phạm Ngọc Thạch, TP. Hồ Chí Minh. KIS được vinh danh là một trong Top 10 công ty chứng khoán dẫn đầu về thị phần môi giới tại sàn HOSE và HNX.
Năm 2018, KIS trở thành thành viên giao dịch thị trường chứng khoán phái sinh. KIS tăng vốn điều lệ từ 1.113 tỷ đồng thành 1.897 tỷ đồng.
Năm 2019, KIS là 1 trong 7 công ty chứng khoán đầu tiên trên thị trường nhận được Chứng nhận PH chứng quyền. Đổi tên và chuyển trụ sở chi nhánh Nguyễn Tri Phương thành chi nhánh Sài Gòn với địa chỉ mới Tòa nhà TNR
Năm 2020, KIS tăng vốn điều lệ lên 2,596 tỷ VND, nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu của KIS Hàn Quốc lên 99.7%. TOP 9 thị phần môi giới 2020 sàn HOSE
Năm 2021, KIS tăng vốn điều lệ lên 3,761 tỷ VND, nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu của KIS Hàn Quốc lên 99.8%. TOP 10 thị phần quý 2 năm 2021 sàn HOSE
