Key Accountabilities (1)
Enabling Agility
- Coach teams in self-management & cross-functionality.
- Help teams to focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Train & coach Product Owners with techniques for effective Product Goal definition, Product Backlog management, release planning, that maximize business value.
- Train & coach teams, initiatives & stakeholders to apply empirical approach, incremental & iterative development, lean thinking, Scrum values.
- Plan, train, coach, implement, improve Scrum adoption for initiative and/or wider organization
- Ensure Scrum events take place, positive & productive within timebox.
Enabling Performance
- Adopt appropriate stances for teams: Trainer, Mentor, Coach, Leader, Facilitator, Manager, Change Agent.
- Help teams to improve effectiveness, efficiency & practices via Scrum, e.g., maturity assessment, improvement plans, training & coaching activities.
- Cause the removal of impediments to teams’ progress.
- Train, coach managers on empowering people, enabling & nurturing self-managing & high performing teams.
- Train, coach teams to use Agile tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor or higher degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Information technology or related disciplines.
- Professional Scrum certificates, e.g., A-CSM or PSM II. Others like PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in corporate, preferably banking or fin-tech organization.
- Experienced in training, coaching Scrum for teams.
- Experienced in training, coaching, mentoring different roles, e.g., Product Owner, Designer, Developer, Tester, Manager.
- Be team player, a servant leader with strong facilitation, conflict resolution, communication, motivation, interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with engineering best practices (e.g., TDD, ATDD, CICD, automation)
- Familiar with common tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQ.

Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán SmartMind (SMDS) là công ty chứng khoán nằm trong Hệ sinh thái Tài chính – Ngân hàng – Bất động sản. Trong vai trò này, KSS sẽ cung cấp giải pháp quản lý sản nghiệp toàn diện, cá nhân hóa cho từng khách hàng của mình và Hệ sinh thái trên nền tảng công nghệ hiện đại. KSS cũng hướng tới mô hình đầu tư cho mỗi gia đình - tế bào của xã hội - và tạo dựng các sản phẩm đầu tư tích sản với kế hoạch dài hạn.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Năm 2006, Chứng khoán KS tiền thân là Chứng khoán Tầm Nhìn được thành lập với vốn điều lệ ban đầu 12 tỷ đồng.
- Năm 2017, Công ty chính thức đổi thành Chứng khoán Hòa Trung Việt Nam. Sau đó, Công ty đã phát hành cổ phiếu riêng lẻ, tăng vốn lên hơn 110 tỷ đồng.
- Tháng 11/2018, Công ty đổi tên thành CTCP Chứng khoán Việt Nam Gateway.
- Ngày 11/03/2021, đổi tên từ CTCP Chứng khoán Việt Nam Gateway thành CTCP Chứng khoán KS.
