Mô tả Công việc
1. Develop Technology Strategy and Roadmap:
- Create the organization's technology strategy, develop new technical aspects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and improve technology based on feedback from partners and customers.
2. Manage and Develop Technology Infrastructure:
- Ensure the technology infrastructure is effectively managed and developed to meet the company's expansion needs.
3. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the technology team.
- Recruit, train, and retain talented technology professionals.
4. Optimize and Improve Booking System:
- Develop and maintain the booking system, ensuring its efficiency, user-friendliness, and reliability.
5. Develop Mobile Technology:
- Focus on improving and developing mobile applications, a key element in the travel and online ticketing industry.
6. Manage Big Data and Analytics:
- Process and analyze big data to understand customer behavior, market trends, and optimize business strategies.
7. Collaborate with Technology Partners and Airlines:
- Work closely with technology partners and airlines to update new features and ensure service continuity.
8. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure customer information security and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
9. Improve User Experience:
- Focus on improving the user experience across all platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
10. Manage and Develop Technology Infrastructure:
- Ensure the technology infrastructure is effectively managed and developed to meet the company's expansion needs.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field.
- Tốt nghiệp Đai học trở lên, chuyên nghành Công nghệ thông tin hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan
