Principal Accountabilities:
Respond to all Warehouses & Distribution activity.
Manage job to follow KPI.
Roles & Responsibility
• Follow direction from Warehouse and Distribution supervisor to perform all activities related Logistics function.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs.
• Other task assignment by manager.
Main Task: Warehouse & Distribution
• Make sure goods and services are delivered safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all time.
• Strictly follow the company's policies.
• Preparation all materials to make sure OTIF
• Coordinate with 3PLs to deliver to customer on time.
• Follow up all requirements regarding Quality Management System, EHS Management System and 5s.
• Make sure all incoming RMs/FGs and out coming RMs/FGs are correct.
• Follow the FIFO rule.
• Manage stock accuracy.
• Prepare RMs & Packaging to adapt production schedule.
• Daily cycle count
