JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR MOBILE DEVELOPER

GapoWork is looking for Senior Mobile Developer to join our product development team in Hanoi. You will be working in one of our two Mobile teams (iOS or Android), contributing to building and enhancing features, optimizing performance, and ensuring the best user experience.

• Design and develop new features for the GapoWork application on iOS or Android platforms.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain APIs to communicate with the backend.
• Collaborate with other departments (Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Backend Developer) to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
• Participate in code review, propose and improve code quality.
• Stay updated with new trends and technologies to apply in product development.

• At least 3 years of experience in Mobile app development on iOS or Android.
• Proficient in Swift (for iOS) or Kotlin (for Android).
• Experience working with frameworks like UIKit, Jetpack Compose, or modern UI libraries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Experience in application state management (Redux, ViewModel, LiveData...)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead or work on large mobile projects end-to-end from architecture to implementation and deployment;
• Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems;
• Believe that building great applications is not only about delivering code that “works”, but involves thinking about reusability, maintainability, security and performance;
• A "Can do attitude" and a product mindset.
• Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, deep linking.
• Strong debugging skills, problem-solving ability, and quick self-learning capacity.
