The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities;
Business Development
- Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research
- Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services Customer Account Management
- Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts.
- Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
- Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.
- University Degree level or equivalent education
- 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
- Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
- Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards will be advantageous
- Working experience and knowledge of the ICT Sector will be advantageous
- Commercial understanding of the compliance industry, minimum 2 years quality system management work experience is preferred.

Donaland thành lập từ năm 2014, là Công ty chuyên về Marketing Bất động sản, môi giới và đào tạo môi giới Bất động sản. Trước đó, từ năm 2009 – 2014, Công Ty Cổ Phần Đầu Tư Donaland đã hoạt động môi giới Bất động sản và Marketing, chủ yếu bán đất nền dự án vùng ven tại vùng Nhơn Trạch (Đồng Nai) và Phú Quốc.

Có thể kể tên các dự án tại Nhơn Trạch như: Long Điền, Trường Hải, Dona RiverSide, Tiến Thành SunRise, Thanh Long Garden, Trường An View, Sala View, Ngọc điền center… Và Phú Quốc như: Donasea Villas 1 ( tại xã Cửa Cạn), Donasea Villas 5 ( tại xã Dương Tơ).
