Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at ALPHA Powered by AIA in Hanoi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role allows for some flexibility with remote work.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Flexibility for hybrid work in Hanoi
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
