Position summary:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with mobile applications, website, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
I. What you need to do:
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows and diagrams.
• Advising departments about Design and User considerations in their products.
• Understanding the challenges our Customers face and solving the issues in smart ways.

• Diving deep to understand the value within the products and surfacing that in beautiful UI.
• Understanding the value of Product Guidelines, Design System – using, creating, and evolving them.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Create and maintain a design system that work across multiple product.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Communicate product requirements and user flows to Development Team.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Interface with the Development Team to communicate the way a product should act.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Get feedback from team members and organize pre-release testing.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
• Review development build versions to ensure they align with the Product Goals and Styles.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. College/ Bachelor’s degree in Mobile Design/Web Design, Fine Art or Multimedia Design is a plus.
• Have 2++ years experience in Mobile app (Android, iOS) & responsive website design.
• Passionate in UI/UX innovation.
• Portfolio or design projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares like Figma, Figjam, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Protopie, etc,...
• Solid conceptual, visualization and communication skills.
• Must have a portfolio that reflects a similar level of qualification.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
• Good multitask skills, open-minded, willing to learn.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus.
• Knowledge of branding & graphic is a plus.
• Experience in campaign materials design is a plus.
