Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, effective consulting, and sales through online and telephone channels.
Responsibilities:
Online Consulting:
Promote sales through consulting and recommending suitable products.
Interact with customers through online channels such as live chat, email, and social media.
Provide detailed information about the company&039;s products and services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Telesales:
Make outbound calls to reach potential customers.
Successfully close sales transactions.
Handle customer objections and questions.
Introduce the company&039;s products and services in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Customer Service:
Receive and handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback.
Provide support and solutions to customer problems.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Utilizing AI Skills and Chatbots:
Use AI tools and chatbots to automate tasks and improve work efficiency.
Interact with customers through chatbots and provide basic support.
Analyze data from chatbots to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
Proficient in using office computer tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor&039;s or Associate&039;s degree in business, marketing, or customer service- related fields.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet customer needs.
Passion for providing high- quality customer service.
Experience in sales or customer service.
Strong problem- solving and quick thinking abilities.
