JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic Italian Business Development Representative to join our
team and help us maintain and expand our impressive growth rate with our new lock-screen solution product. This is designed to make Android phone screens more enjoyable by featuring reliable and trustworthy media content from around the world. Reporting to the Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our partnership base in emerging markets. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and help us continue to achieve success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Expand partnerships with publications in emerging markets, particularly in Italy.
- Research markets, identify potential partners, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to extend their reach.
- Follow an outreach strategy, prospecting process, and tracking system to monitor and track leads.
- Deliver sales pitches to local stakeholders to cultivate relationships and promote the content syndication program.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as content and product managers, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Monitor content usage to ensure that it is properly tracked and follows syndication standards.
- Prepare sales pitch materials, website and blog content to raise awareness about the lockscreen solution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, partnerships or a related field, preferably in the advertising and marketing industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written in English and Italian communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content distribution and syndication, as well as media industry trends and best practices.

CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN DƯỢC PHẨM NOVACO là đơn vị hoạt động trong lĩnh vực:
- Cung cấp nguyên liệu công nghệ sinh học và các hoạt chất từ thiên nhiên (sản xuất trong nước và nhập khẩu) phục vụ cho sản xuất thực phẩm chức năng, dược phẩm.
- Cung cấp các dịch vụ nhanh, chính xác và uy tín trong lĩnh vực đăng ký công bố thực phẩm chức năng sản xuất trong nước và nhập khẩu; Mỹ phẩm nhập khẩu;
- Cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn sản xuất, gia công và cắt lô thực phẩm chức năng tại các nhà máy ở trong nước và nước ngoài: Pháp, Mỹ, Canada, Nhật, Hàn Quốc, Ấn Độ, Mianma...
- Xuất khẩu thành phẩm thực phẩm chức năng, Nguyên liệu làm thuốc từ dược liệu đạt tiêu chuẩn dược GMP WHO ra thị trường quốc tế.

Chúng tôi đã xây dựng và đưa vào hoạt động nhà máy Liên doanh Novaco đạt tiêu chuẩn GMP – GLP – GSP - WHO tại Văn Lâm, Hưng Yên. Nhà máy được trang bị các dây chuyền thiết bị sản xuất công nghệ cao chuyên sản xuất các loại nguyên liệu làm thuốc từ dược liệu: thuốc phiến, cao đặc, cao khô, cao sấy phun, bột...
