- To receives instructions from the Bar Supervisor on the various jobs to be carried ou• To ensures smooth daily operation and cleanliness of his work area.
- To handles the correct glassware to be used for dispensing specific drinks and main• To cleans and polishes bar utensils and equipment for use including glasses.
- To assists the accounting staff during stocktaking i.e. setting up the bar to facilitate• To ensures that all drinks and cocktails are prepared according to standard recipes,• To fill out a requisition form to bring the bar stock up to par. Reports as well as anystocks.
- To prepare and serve drinks, replenish juices and mixes,prepare garnish such as cut• To be responsible for cleanliness of bar area at shift end.
- To be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hote• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
