This is a full-time, 1 year contract, based in Hanoi Office: Duong Dinh Nghe, Cau Giay, HN.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Leverage E-Commerce platforms and tools to optimize sales strategies and increase online visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and events.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

• Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets in Hospitality Industry.
• Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in E-Commerce is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skill.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite and friendly approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Ability to manage stress effectively.
• Willingness to travel to Ba Vi for group care or operational meetings as required.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
