• Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement.
• Manage projects as leader or Project Manager.
• Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.
• Other tasks assigned by Japanese / Vietnamese manager.
• Review test case and test result to ensure product quality.
• Make and manage schedule of development.
• Understand the requirements of customers.
• Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately.

• Ability to write detail design (write technical specifications in Japanese).
• Can build and keep good relationships with members and clients.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree in IT Major.
• High responsibility.
• Project management skills.
• Japanese skills: business level (both of speaking and writing skill needed).
• Positive thinking.
• Over 3 years of experience in IT field AND over 1 year of experience as BSE.
• Can write the basic design documents of the software.
• Good multi- task skills.
• Have experience of request definition with clients directly.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• Knowledge of agile, scrum.
