Mô tả Công việc
- Manage, monitor and control quality of O&M contractors following the O&M contract to maximize the production of power plants, meets company’s expectation, standards and regulation. Evaluate and propose the proper improvement plans, solution and prevention plan to Director. Have ability to seeks for best solution and make decision on technical issues.
- Ensure the safety of power plants.
- Handle paper works and permits with EVN and local authorities for power plant operation to ensure all required documents, actions are response in time and effective. Ensure the compliance, permits and licenses are follow regulations.
- Manage Spare parts, forecast and maintain spare parts, contact supplier to maintain power plant in good condition.
- Control O&M cost to be within budget.
- Manage the relationship between power plants and local communities, authorities to ensure that power plant can operate as per company expectation.
- Inspect power plants on site and make reports regularly.
- Assist in new project on technical and O&M work.
- Performs other duties as requested by senior management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, HV Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years professional experience in O&M of utility scale power plant
- Must possess the experience and knowledge in operating and maintaining solar power plants and 110 kV substation.
- Must possess the experience or capability in making an informed decision to ensure the safety of the power plants.
- Excellent in Vietnamese and English language
