- Coordinating and organizing internal & external communication including events, printing materials, website, decoration

- Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote specialities campaign, doctors and services of FV Hospital internally and externally as followings: International collaboration, Visiting specialists, Promotion Campaigns

- Building network with schools, universities, organisation to organize public seminar, community events…

- Coordinating and organizing to produce marketing material to promote service, specialities and doctors including brochures, sales kit, What’s Up Doc, POSM…

- Participating in planning & executing internal communication activities to help promoting hospital strategy, hospital’s programmes and activities including quality journey, customer relationship management programme, hospital culture, employees’ recognitions, ...

- Other tasks assigned by PR & Marketing Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.     Qualification: Graduated from the University of Marketing, Communication or relevant majors.

2.     Experience: At least 3 years experience working in the same role, with priority on managing accounts experience at a Marketing Agencies.

3.     Skills and knowledge:

- Care about health service
- Good knowledge about event organisation, printing production and digital communication
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skill
- Good Planning and Organisation skill
- Self-motivation
- Mature and teamwork
- Multi-task working
- Hard working and willing to handle challenging tasks
- Willing to work over weekend and night time if necessary (not often)
- Negotiation skills
- Microsoft office fluency (Word, Excel, PPT)

4.     Foreign language(s): Fluent in English (4 skills).
