1.Check the TNA with supplier once the new projection is received.
2. Follow up on the booking consumption, and send the booking details to the supplier. Check and confirm the Proforma Invoice (PI) with the supplier
3. Update the actual synchronization date after receiving the Proforma Invoice (PI) from the supplier, and inform the planning team
4. Follow up on Xmill date and ensure the mill sends the bulk lot to MQC for approval
5. Check the vessel schedule and air freight options (if necessary) to arrange the best ETA for the material
6. Push the mill to arrange the shipment, check the shipping documents, and send them to the factory for payment and import arrangements
7. Follow up to ensure that the replenishment has shipped on time, or issue a debit to the mill for any claims that do not require replacement.
8. Request payment for CM orders and ensure the factories arrange payment for FOB orders to avoid affecting the shipment schedule
9. Recap cash flow every month.
10. Follow up outsource facility: quilting, beading
11. Other tasks as assigned by upper management- Bachelor Degree in International trade; Economics; Business or textile garment field
- Having good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Abilities to use computer, office programs
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently.
