General managing items:

• Promote, control the yearly targets, control subordinates and solving problem as the title assigned.

Handle purchasing jobs:

• Ordering materials to ensure delivery time and quantity.
• Gather and send purchasing documents for accounting Department.
• Finding new VA-VE, cost reductions, price calculation.
• Improving & auditing supplier.
• Finding & selecting new supplier/ local supplier, and localization.
• Make purchasing reports.

• Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Have experience in the same position is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Proficient in speaking and writing English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Working hours: Mon - Fri: 7h40 - 16:35
• Location: No.18, Street No.3, VSIP 1, Thuan An City, Binh Duong.
