Mô tả Công việc
- Sourcing fabric, Selecting the suppliers per type of fabrics: 3 or 4 suppliers per type of fabrics for sampling and bulk.
- Order fabric/trims to supplier
- Negotiate the best prices, quality and lead time with suppliers.
- Giving all fabric/trims planning and information to checking department to be sure they can check on time and correctly. If some fabric or trim need to be check urgently please inform warehouse to be sure when they receive it they give straight away to checking team.
- Making fabric plan for each fabric/trims to be sure the request of date from merchandiser was respected. The plan must show be shown the fabric availability date of each order. And need to be update 1 week after receive the PO.
- Liaising and coordinating with other departments on fabric/trims plan and solve fabric/trims problems.
- Ensure supplier send shipping sample in time, supplier ship the goods in time and with correct document and the quantity the supplier ship is on the tolerance +/- 5% if not need to check with merchandiser.
- Quality and Quantity management of delivery.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate at College or Bachelor's degree
- Good English skills – verbal and written communication required
- Know about knitting fabric
- Deal with supplier from the beginning to the end
- Can handle at least 4 to 5 brands in the same time
- Organize and don’t stress with too many paper work.
- Can solve problem and take correct decision.
- Know how to deal with supplier (Not use in current job nominated supplier)
