Mô tả Công việc
- Responsible for design management for Interior Design, Art Works, Signage and Environmental Graphic Design (EGD);
- Advise superior management about the above scopes in terms of professional and management aspects.
- Provide in-house interior design for the company's villa to hotel interior design projects;
- Manage and control the quality and timeline of relative consultants.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other project consultants to make sure all design disciplines are well coordinated and consolidated.
- Make sure the interior design fits within the budget;
- Provide a thorough review of plans, inspect the site, and prepare reports for findings;
- Responsible for technical coordination during planning and construction;
- Choose the right materials for the project.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture;
- Minimum 10 years of experience;
- Experience in both design and project management;
- Experience in consultant management;
- Experience in the hospitality design and in working with international operators is an advantage
- Proven innovative platform;
- Team work spirit
- Good knowledge of material/hi-end furniture suppliers in Asia;
- Strong taste in luxury, timeless and cost-effective interior design;
- High creativeness with good presentation skills;
- Experience in dealing with consulting units;
- English fluency in working is a must
