- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share within the F&B industry.

- Market research, collect and analyze trends, competitors’ activities and sales performance.

- Understand market feedback about the brand and activities.

- Analysis to define brand portfolio, marketing plan, communication, and price strategy for monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data, control costs, and drive profitability.

- Monitor and analyze brand performance, using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Estimate monthly sales and expenditure, cost control for each campaign.

- Implement new product launches, setup plan for launching and maintaining while closely cooperating with internal team and external agencies.

- Understand sales performance of the brand.

- Make monthly promotion plan for different sales channels.

- Collaborate with Operations department for business objectives 

- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple outlets and manage complex operations.

- Following up and evaluating launch result, ensuring the mix is well deployed as planning, timely highlight to the team if there is off-road deployment

- Develop communication plan & objectives according to global strategy.

- Build and create relationship with partners, influencer, celebrities, KOL, KOC, etc...

- Over 3 years of experience in Marketing in Hospitality, F&B industry.

- Proven experience in F&B Fine Dining is a big plus 

- In-depth knowledge of the market

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to develop engaging marketing

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes, high productivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.

- Passion for the F&B industry and a strong understanding of consumer preferences and evolving market dynamics.
