A. General purpose of the position:
This job description is not definitive and following periodic review may be subject to change; any such changes will be fully discussed with the post-holder. The post holder will be expected to be flexible to respond to change and organisational need. The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the wider corporate and organisational development needs of the organisation.

The employee will be expected to ensure compliance with the requirements of the health & safety regulations of the Group. Be responsible for all aspects of exploring, prospecting and developing the Business opportunities of the Company in line with the expansion plans. Ensure business growth through creation of new value streams for the network once developed.

B. Key duties and responsibilities:
I. Strategic Planning:
• Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development opportunities.
• To define and develop the long-term strategic goals for Business Development in line with the company’s overall strategic context.
• Identify new revenue-generation opportunities that enhances and promote.
II. Marketing and Business Development:
• Evaluate operational issues to determine whether competitive and staying current with the latest trends in healthcare delivery.
• Develop and lead the Business Development in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities.
• Implement the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan.
• Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the company.
• Planning of any event related to the project initiatives.
• Physician engagement.
• Perform market research and analysis.

• Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Training and Experience: Highly developed organizational, planning and management writing skills and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups
• Budget and plan development and oversight experience
