Test Planning and Execution:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.
• Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure they meet functional requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Document test results and provide detailed reports on software quality.
• Maintain accurate records of test cases, test results, and defects.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Have 1-4 years of experience in manual software testing.

Skills:

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
• English: reading, writing
