Job Description

Your Mission

The LiveOps QA Specialist plays a crucial role in driving end-to-end localization and live operations of our Games, driving smooth user experiences in-game. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring cohesive and impactful user engagement and making our game launches hit the mark and exceed expectations.

Your Quest

• Delivering smooth game live operations: conduct configuration and QA for game. Champion the improvements of tools for the benefit of Live Operations efficiency and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end localization to Vietnamese workflow, and coordinate multiple localization project timelines between different stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality & timeliness of deliverables.
• Stay in constant contact with international operation teams to ensure high quality deliverables or localization and product live operations.
• Analyze, report and continuously aim to improve all in-game operations against targets, benchmark and analyse live ops practices in the industry.
• Supporting other game functions on an ad-hoc basis, and other tasks as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

Your Stats

• A deep love for gaming with experience of playing different game genres is a must.
• Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience, with prior experience or exposure in/to an operations role in the tech industry is a plus.
• Proven track record in localization/translation of various contents, with experience in working with Gaming localization is a plus.
• Hands-on approach and impact-driven focus to constantly pushing game operational excellence and delivering fantastic player experiences
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese & English is a must.
