Job Description
1. Procurement Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of domestic and international key raw materials.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent material supply for the company.
- Negotiate and secure favorable pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective and quality material purchases.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse department to prepare material import plans.
- Coordinate with the QC department to inspect materials according to company procedures.
- Update purchase orders in the ERP system as per company regulations.
- Handle defective materials during the purchasing process to safeguard company interests.
2. Inventory Management of Raw Materials:
- Monitor raw material inventory and place orders to ensure smooth production and business operations.
- Coordinate with the Sales department to manage inventory sales and maintain stock quality.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Ensure timely management and updates of warehouse stock.
3. General and Routine Tasks:
- Build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Propose effective procurement strategies aligned with business development needs.
- Closely monitor orders from placement to negotiation, contract signing, production, and receipt, resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide all necessary documents, invoices, and certificates related to purchased materials to the Accounting department.
- Support the Project Sales department with product compliance documents (CO/CQ) as required.
- Plan, report, and secure approvals for purchases to meet agency needs and leverage supplier promotions and warranties for replacement products.
- Assist other departments by providing product information (pricing, branding, warranty details).
- Submit regular reports as required by management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement for manufacturing companies (preferably in plywood production).
- College or university graduate.
- Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and diligent.
- Open-minded and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Work Location:

Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), with 2 days off per month.
