- Founder's Personal Brand Management: Strategically elevate and maintain the personal brand of our Founder, ensuring alignment with company's ethos and mission. Craft and refine the Founder's public narrative, managing its communication across all media platforms to reinforce leadership and innovation.
- Brand Oversight: Develop and protect company's brand identity. Implement innovative branding strategies to enhance visibility and foster trust among users globally, ensuring every communication reflects our commitment to innovation and privacy in genomics.
- Communications System Development: Architect and maintain a robust schedule that ensures timely and consistent engagement with media stakeholders and the public across various channels. Create resonant content that bridges scientific expertise with community relevance.
- Media Relations Tactics: Develop and execute strategies that amplify our media presence and ensure positive engagement. Cultivate relationships with key media players to secure and expand our coverage across digital and traditional media.
- Event and Campaign Management: Plan and execute various events and campaigns from intimate workshops to large-scale international conferences. Manage all aspects from conception to execution, ensuring each event and campaign effectively promotes company's innovation and community involvement.
- Community Communication Channels Management: Oversee company's engagement across digital platforms including our website, Social Channel X, Telegram, and Substack. Ensure that our digital communications are engaging, consistent, and effectively tailored to reach and resonate with diverse audiences, fostering vibrant community interaction.Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in brand management, digital marketing, or strategic communications are highly valued.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in branding, marketing, or public relations, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in elevating brand visibility and enhancing corporate reputation through strategic brand and PR initiatives.
- Effective crisis management skills with proven poise and assertiveness.
- Preferred experience in tech, biotech, or healthcare, with knowledge of industry-specific regulatory and ethical standards.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Mastery of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM) and content creation across blogs, social media, and traditional media.
- Strong skills in media relations and crafting engaging messages for diverse audiences.
