IPP Travel Retail

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Shop Management:
o Opening and closing cash registers
o Balancing cash drawers
o Processing cash and card payments
o Packing products for customers
o Stock control and management (placing orders, receiving and storing stock, inventory checks)
o Keeping store and shelves tidy and clean
o Checking product conditions upon delivery and updating records
o Inputting data (purchase orders, inventory, sales) into files
• Greeting Guests and Customer Service:
o Actively greeting customers
o Assisting customers to find products
o Giving advice and guidance on product selection
o Handling customer inquiries
o Collecting customer information for database
o Sending emails and calling customers for promotions and events
• Sales:
o Tracking customer traffic and sales
o Making daily sales reports
o Sending daily reports to store manager
o Setting up store for tasting events
o Basic knowledge of products and sales processes
o Keeping up to date with promotions
• Bar Responsibilities
o Serving Guests: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience.
o Arranging Booking Calendar for Events: Manage and maintain the booking calendar for various events, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
o Preparing Rooms: Set up and prepare event spaces as requested, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place for a successful event.
o Coordination with External Business Units: Liaise with external business units for event setup, including cleaning and other logistical support, to ensure all aspects of the event are handled efficiently.
o Manage and organize with suppliers to ensure that all necessary items are in stock and available for each event, coordinating deliveries and inventory as needed.

• Graduate in sales & marketing or business from university is a plus.
•At least 6 months' experience in Assistant Manager role of retail operation (ideally in similar industry)/ Customer Service in F&B/ Hospitality
• Good communication and customer service skills and proficient in Vietnamese and English
• Experience in retail of international brands and luxury goods is a plus
• Dynamic, self motivated with a pro-active attitude and desire overachieve set targets and KPI's.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Strong planning and organizational skillsWORKING TIME
• Working time: You will be required to work a maximum of 48 hours per week. You will also be expected to work local public holidays, as required by the business need from time to time. Specific working schedule: will be advised by the manager when start working at Mercantile Fine Drinks.
• Salary & Allowances:
- Competitive income with 100% salary and allowance on probation
