1. Sales Staff Management:

• Organize work schedules for the sales team.
• Motivate and support team members to achieve performance goals.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Directly handle customer service issues and complaints beyond the authority of sales staff.

2. Sales Monitoring:

• Monitor daily sales performance.
• Analyze reasons for significant fluctuations in revenue.

3. Store Operations:

• Manage all store assets.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the store (counters, display shelves, etc.).
• Oversee proper handling and storage of merchandise.

4. Additional Responsibilities:

• Support company promotional campaigns.
• Assist in decorating, designing, or renovating the office/store.
• Participate in recruiting sales staff when needed.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store management.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Basic spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
