Job Description
- Knowledge management for Local & Reg Tool
- Investigate root causes and solutions to resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with external teams to deploy new strategy configurations on the Fraud tool
- Identify automation opportunities (System enhancement/ Product feature/ Data & process optimization, etc.) and coordinate with related stakeholders across Ops and company-wide and Product for business requirements and possible operational, cost, and user experience impact
- Responsible for managing the assigned technical improvement projects through their full life cycle including planning, implementation, and internal and external communication with appropriate Project and Change Management frameworks.
- Ensure successful criteria are clearly defined and closely monitored
- Evaluate and generate project performance reports for celebration and lessons learned
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking
- Strong data analytical skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Experience in MySQL and programming experience preferred
