Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer in AEON MALL Binh Tan or AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon.
- Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan (No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC)/ AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon (30 Tan Thang, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC)
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
Job summary:
Follow business & operation of tenants in shopping mall. Provide timely support to improve sales performance/ operation of tenants to achieve company targets.
Detailed job description:
1. Keep track of tenants' sales and support if needed to achieve the Category's target and complete daily tasks including controlling tenants' image and service based on company policy (25%);
2. Make category monthly reports, store manager reports, and other reports requested by Supervisors (15%);
3. Encourage and persuade tenants to contribute value to Mall's programs to ensure a win-win relationship (15%);
4. Collect tenants' information (promotions, activities, sales operations...) to implement tenants' push sales and optimize their sales as well as reach more customers (10%);
5. Support and prepare for campaigns, sales events as assigned by Supervisor while cooperating with agency and suppliers of the events on time as scheduled (10%);
6. Handle paperwork and document related to tenants, suppliers, and agencies on time (10%);
7. Patrol and frequently check tenants to ensure tenants follow AM's standard services, performance, and revenue (10%);
8. Other tasks as assigned by upper level (5%).

2. Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred;
3. Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
4. Good at Microsoft Office;
5. Have analyzing and customer focus mindset;
6. Good at teamwork and coping with stress;
7. Willing to work in shift.
