In charge of designing the new insurance products and cooperating with potential partners/companies to drive new market expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in the insurance product designing with Partners and providers selection process. Develop products' materials, organize product workshops regularly to address product related questions from sales force and enhance their product knowledge;
• Develop relevant product propositions that meet the needs of consumers and sales force of multiple distribution channels and ensure the competitiveness Ideal Life's insurance products propositions in the market;
• Responsible for developing and finalizing insurance product technical specifications, and coordinating with related Department to implement and the products onto the application or any other platforms.
• Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy. Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics;
• Working with partners and internal departments in signing various types of cooperation contracts (including drafting and negotiating contracts);
• Research domestic and foreign markets to update information, new ideas about products, operation methods, sales methods;
• Develop and enhance operational procedures, support sales team in planning to increase revenue;
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Product Development.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Economy, Finance, Banking
• At least 03 years’ experiences in Insurance industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
• Expert in handling the whole sales process, negotiating, closing deals, and strongly motivated to create values to customers
• Leadership Competency & People Management
• Excellent sense of prioritization and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative
• Accuracy, pay attention to details
• Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment.
