What you’ll be responsible for

• Provide consultation on job posting solutions and support the Company’s medium and large client portfolio through telesales and direct sales.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
• Take responsibility for negotiation, persuasion, drafting, and signing of service contracts.
• Coordinate with clients’ HR departments to ensure progress and deliver effective solutions.
• Be accountable for monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales KPIs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in consulting, services, insurance, finance, HR (job board), or agency sectors.
• Experience and network in the HR field are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under high pressure.
• Quick learner with good teamwork skills.
• High integrity and strong compliance mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Willingness to learn for self-development and to meet job requirements.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
