Participate in meetings with Japanese clients, accurately record and convey information.
Translate and interpret technical documents and project materials.
Communicate client requirements to the technical team and vice versa.
Support project management to ensure schedule, quality, and efficiency.
Monitor and update progress reports, coordinate tasks between parties.
Proactively communicate with clients to clarify requirements, analyze, and relay them to the team.
Receive training in management skills, with opportunities to be promoted to Project Manager (PM) if performance is strong.Mandatory Requirements (for all candidates):
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher.
Have lived in Japan for at least 2 years.
Clear presentation and communication skills.
A high sense of responsibility, logical thinking, self-learning ability, and proactiveness at work.
Additional Requirements:
No prior experience required - training will be provided during the onboarding and working process.
Preferences:
1-2 years of experience in the IT Comtor role.
Basic knowledge of programming/software.
A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Japanese Studies, or other related fields is a plus.Salary & Benefits
