Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Director of Sales, and within the limits of established Wyndham and Royal Capital Corporate/Sales/Marketing policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration. To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading all sales activities for the hotel, achieving revenue and profit targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the company.

• Fluent written and spoken English is required
• Decision maker and influencer – public speaking is required
• Independent, sociable, energetic, presentable, creative with strong leadership
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication/presentation skills
• Minimum 3 years experience and in-depth knowledge of this position preferably in luxury resort
