The Core Job

• Issue invoices, monitor and reconcile accounts receivable from customers; record and process company expenses and revenues.
• Manage internal debts and payables to suppliers; ensure timely cash inflows and outflows, prepare expense plans and cash flow reports.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports; file tax declarations (VAT, PIT, foreign contractor tax, etc.); liaise with tax authorities and banks.
• Track employee attendance, calculate salaries, handle social insurance procedures and other HR-related benefits; draft and archive labor contracts and personnel files.
• Perform administrative tasks such as purchasing assets, equipment, and office supplies; organize company events like birthdays, trips, and other internal activities.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by direct management.

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software and skills in report preparation and analysis are an advantage.
• Honest, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of working precisely according to procedures.
• Professional demeanor, proactive, well-organized, and able to handle high-pressure work.
• Candidates with good English skills are preferred.
