Chi tiết công việc

1. Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Meeting internally to understand their requirements.
- Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts as per the specifications.
- Preparing creative files to update the clients and internal team
- Suggesting new technologies as per the client’s requirements Working in collaboration with Account, Graphic Designer, Creating visual effects, animations, and other related graphics.
- Performing detailed research before creating realistic models.
- Attending standup sessions to create various multimedia presentations and content.
- Developing storyboards (stillomatic), gifs, animation, social videos, and others.
- Presenting the final design to the Art Director for approval.
- Taking feedback from the team members and making changes accordingly.
- Staying updated with the latest trends in the advertising, tiktok industry.
- Fluence in using: After Effect, Premier, Encoder
2. Requirements: 
- Proven work experience as a Multimedia Designer or a similar position 
- A portfolio of multimedia design from past work experiences.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of storyboards, animation, and visual designs.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Illustrate the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Proficient in multimedia designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premier.
- Ability to prioritize the tasks efficiently.
- A keen eye for details for accuracy.
- A creative individual with the ability to think out of the box.
- Ability to work for long hours if needed.
- A detail-orientated individual with decision-making skills.
