+ Getting booking from Carrier / Coloader
+ Receiving and solving all requests from Customer, oversea agent & related sections.
+ Issuing Draft HB/L through system.
+ Submitting SI + VGM to Carrier.
+ Submitting AFR/AMS/ACI -ISF.
+ Sending D/I to Overseas Agent .
+ Issuing debit notes / Invoice to Customer or related party.
+ Collect Customer payment.
+ Tracing / updating sailing schedule of shipment to related party

** 2. Warehouse CS staff:
Job description:
- Contact with customer and receive information of cargo in/out daily
- Update information and report issue and trouble to customer
- Input data and report KPI to Customer
- Receive new request from Customer and send to related Department
1.2Doing for cargo Inbound/Outbound/Inventory as customer request:
- Receive docment from customer for cargo inbound/outbound
- Coordinate with Trucking to deliver cargo as schedule
- Hand over DO In/Out cargo to Operator
- Doing warehouse works for inbound/outbound as SOP
- Confirm to customer about cargo in/out by warehouse receipt
- Follow up plan of cargo inbound/outbound and inform operator doing
- Inform plan to trucking team and related section
1.3- Report cargo inbound/outbound with Customer
- Make and send irregular report related cargo In/Out shipment (if any)
- Control and Report inventory/cargo stock to Customer
1.4- Input Inbound/Outbound data into warehouse control sheet daily
1.5- Follow up 5S rules in warehouse operation daily
- Remind Operator and Sub-contractor comply Safety and 5S
- Preserve and takecare assigned warehouse equipments and assets
- In charge of other tasks when assigned
** Working place: Dong Nai province (Amata IP)
** Working shift:
+ 06:00 - 15:10 (Shift 1)
+ 13:00 - 22:10 (Shift 2)
- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation/ Import & Export or equivalent.
- 1-5 years experience in related field.
- Communication in English (written and oral)
- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills
- Working place: Tan Binh ward, HCMC & Dong Nai province (Bien Hoa)
