Mô tả Công việc
1) Marketing Staff:
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, content creation, and online presence.
• Support the organization of marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and presentations.
2) Personal Assistant to Managing Partner:
• Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Partner, managing communications and scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure the Managing Partner is well-prepared for engagements.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and phone calls, filtering and prioritizing as necessary.
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Assist in project management and follow-up on delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM and marketing software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
